Cancellation Policy

1. Overview 

At Bahamas JetBoat, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. This  Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for canceling  bookings, as well as any applicable fees or refund terms. By booking with us,  you agree to the terms stated herein. 

2. Cancellation Window 
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours days prior to the scheduled  booking date are eligible for a full refund. 
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking  date are eligible for a 50% refund. 
Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled  booking date are non-refundable. 

3. Cancellations Due to Weather or Safety Concerns 
Bahamas JetBoat reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to adverse  weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational issues. In such  cases: 
Rescheduling: We will make every effort to reschedule your booking to a  mutually convenient date. 
Full Refund: If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued. 

4. No-Show Policy 
Failure to attend the scheduled tour without prior cancellation will be  considered a no-show and will not qualify for any refund.

5. Cancellation Procedure 
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email or  phone. Please include your booking confirmation number and the name under  which the reservation was made. Cancellations will be processed based on the  date and time we receive your request. 

6. Processing of Refunds 
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of  booking and may take up to 7-10 business days to process, depending on your  financial institution. 

7. Group Bookings 
For group bookings of 10 or more participants, special terms may apply. Please  contact our customer service team for group cancellation policies and applicable  fees. 

8. Amendments to the Policy 
Bahamas JetBoat Ltd. reserves the right to modify or amend this Cancellation  Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our Website, and continued  use of our services following any amendments will constitute acceptance of the  revised policy.
