Do I need to arrive early?
Yes, you must! You are required to check-in no later than 30 mintues before your tour time. Please read the terms and conditions for participation for more information
Are JetBoat Charters available?

Do I need to bring my ID?
Only the paying Riders are required to bring their ID along with the credit/debit card used to purchase the tickets (if booked online).
How should I dress?
Jetboating is a high speed water ride, so you will more than likely get wet. Dress to get WET. There are no dress code restrictions but we encourage you to be comfortable. You will be required to wear a life vest. You will be in the sun. You will get WET. This information will help you make the best wardrobe choice.
What if I wish to book a ride for my child only?
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult on the ride; therefore, you will not be able to book a ride for them alone. All riders under the age of 18 must have an adult present to sign the liability waiver on their behalf
Where do we depart from?
We are conveniently located just east of the Port of Nassau/Cruise Ship Terminal at the Elizabeth on Bay Marketplace and Marina; 5 minutes or less walking distance. If you are driving, catching a Taxi, or taking the Bus, please visit our Contact Us page for details
Will I be able to smoke, eat or drink on the ride?
Sorry, but there is no smoking, eating or drinking allowed on the JetBoat.
What about my valuables?
We at Bahamas JetBoat care about the safety of your items! To prevent loss or damage to any of your valuables, we have storage facilities for rent to ensure that you enjoy your time with us!!
Is there a minimum age for children?
There is no minimum age, but there is a minimum height – 48 inches/4 feet. On average, children under 4/5 years of age will not make the minimum height but it is best to measure them to be certain.
